Rome is still a pretty young snowboard company -2001- but it has grown step by step into one of the most solid one in the industry.  Not only do they have one of the sickest team with LNP, Max Legend, Bjorn Leines or MFR, but they have a solid 2009/2010 collection featuring all sort of shapes and camber profiles on their boards, as well as boots, bindings, outerwear, gloves, accessories, bags….Heavy players with attitude!
Of course some new decks appear like the Pushed 1985 a soft blunt twin deck with reverse free camber and carbon V stringer for those who see the mountain as a giant snowpark; or the Postermania 1985, an all mountain freestyle board.
The 2010 SDS camber quiver will include Powder S camber to increase powride pleasure, classic positive camber of course, reverse camber in 3 types (reverse-mtn with a portion of reverse camber only in between the feets!; reverse-free which is more classical, and reverse-jib with flat base under the feets for more skate feel and rail destruction), plus an hybrid camber to round it up! From what we saw K2, Burton and some other offer as many camber options as well, which will make it even harder to choose a deck in 2009/10! Testing boards to find the camber you like the most will be mandatory! ;)
Ok let’s head to the pics. Click for the slideshow and some descriptions!

And give us your feedback as well as the products you would like more infos about so that we can check it out at ISPO!
