Peetu Piiroinen crowned king of air at 2010 Toyota Big Air in Sapporo JapanPosted by: medo in Contests
Following his silver medal at Vancouver in the Super pipe, Peetu Piiroinen was crowned the champion of the Toyota Big Air in Japan in an all Finnish final.

Yesterday Stubai glaicer entertained a real madness. Stubai Zoo presented the replica of the Billabong Air & Style kicker. The almost similar takeoff, table and landing. We are talking about perfect conditions to warm-up runs and check the last tricks before Billabong Air & Style at the Bergisel Stadium on 05.12.09.
Tomorrow the action is going to start! Billabong Air & Style RIDERS will be able to do some warm-up runs and check the last tricks in order to start with even more self-confidence into the contest. The Horsefeathers Pleasure Jam took place on Dachstein glaicer for the seventh time. This year again the contest was a Swatch TTR World Snowboard Tour 4 Star Event. The audience got their money’s worth, everything from heavy fog to bluebird sky and more than enough wind to mess up anybody’s day. But weather conditions didn’t stop 70 men and 20 women from showing some awesome runs. Huge airs, big spins and double “everything” combinations. And not to mention the parties in the evening where it all went completely crazy.
