Today we spend the day at the Snow Avant Premiere in La Clusaz, where we were able to get an exclusive look at most of the new collections and ride some 2011 decks in some pretty perfect conditions! Two days ago Marko Grilc invited me to the premiere new Burton’s movie “The B“. Party and premiere took place in K4 in Ljubljana, Slovenia. So many people came that a lot of them couldn’t get the tickects, because it was sold out in less than an hour.

Jonaven Moore will take on the steeps and deeps this winter with Jones Snowboards. The legendary Canadian snowboarder has been at the forefront of all-mountain riding for over 15 years, but continues to progress big mountain snowboarding from his home in British Columbia to the jagged peaks of Alaska. Jones Snowboards is thrilled to have Moore’s expertise in developing and pushing the limits of the boards, which will arrive in stores fall 2010.

Teton Gravity Research in partnership with snowboard athlete Jeremy Jones is proud to announce the trailer release of Deeper, a new big mountain snowboard film featuring Jones with a handpicked group of elite riders including Jonaven Moore, Travis Rice and Xavier De Le Rue, who set out to conquer the best lines without the limited assistance of snowmobiles, helicopters or lifts.

“I wanted to get back to solitude, adventure, and new descents,” Jeremy Jones said. “By hiking past boundaries set in place by helis and snowmobiles we were able to get into bigger mountains, away from people and back to first descents.

This year Burton is coming up with a new snowboard movie. “The B”. After their Teaser Week in August, which I must say it was a really good idea (guess also other brands have the same opinion about this, if they are doing the same now…) and sentence I read “The B is a must see”, I was really expecting outblowing schnik schnak…
