Shaun White was born with a Tetralogy of Fallot, a congenital heart defect for which he endured two open-heart operations before the age of one. He spent his formative years riding Okemo Mountain and Bear Mountain, small ski resorts found in Ludlow, Vermont, and the San Bernardino Mountains of Southern California. White following in his older brother’s foot steps, switched from skiing to snowboarding at age six, by age seven he received his first sponsorship.

It’s done deal, Gigi is now riding Nike boots and has joined the sick Nike snowboarding team made out of Danny Kass, Louie Vito, Austin Smith, Eric Jackson, Justin Bennee, Annie Boulanger, and Laura Hadar. We are stoked to see how everything is turning out right for Gigi after he got dropped by Burton at the beginning of the season.
However we have no idea how these boots ride but we’ll do our best to find out.
